Welcome! 👋
I’m a romance author both published and self-published, writing as Abbey MacMunn and Abbey Hicks.
I created Paper Hearts Design after spending far too much time making my own promo graphics for book launches — time I probably should have been spending writing.
I couldn’t always justify custom artwork, and generic templates never quite fit my books, so I started building my own cohesive promo systems instead.
Somewhere along the way, I realised two things:
1: I really love designing graphics, and
2: Other authors were struggling with the same 'producing content' overwhelm.
